Vacuum carbonization is one of the most advanced heat treatment methods in the world, and it is also a new heat treatment technology that has developed rapidly in recent years. Compared with traditional carburization methods, vacuum carburization can accurately control the carbon content, so that carburization products have better uniformity and surface quality of the carburized layer, and have the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection. It is widely used in automobiles, machinery, aerospace And other fields.

Indices such as furnace temperature uniformity and empty furnace heating time are the main manifestations of vacuum furnace heating performance. These indicators are mainly determined by the structure of the heating chamber, the core component of the vacuum carbon furnace. Whether its design is reasonable or not directly affects the performance of the furnace and the production efficiency of the product.

Carbon carbonization furnace is a new type of energy-saving cycle-operated heat treatment electric furnace, mainly for gas carbonization of steel parts. Due to the selection of ultra-light energy-saving furnace lining material (ceramic fiber) and advanced integrated water-cooled furnace sealed fan, this series of carbonization furnace has uniform furnace temperature, fast heating, good heat preservation, faster workpiece carbonization, uniform carbon potential atmosphere, and The layer is uniform, and there is no leakage when the furnace pressure is increased, which improves the production efficiency and the quality of carbon participation.

The carbon furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace cover lifting mechanism, furnace sealed fan, muffle tank, heating element and electric control system. The furnace shell is welded by steel plate and section steel. The furnace lining is an energy-saving composite structure made of 0.6g/cm3 high-strength ultra-light energy-saving refractory bricks, aluminum silicate fiber, diatomite insulation bricks and asbestos boards. The furnace cover lifting mechanism is composed of motors, gear pumps and other components. When the furnace cover is opened, only the button on the control box is pressed, and the furnace cover rises at a speed of 30-70 mm/sec. For safety, two travel switches are installed on the lifting shaft. When the furnace cover is raised, the lower travel switch automatically cuts off the main circuit power supply of the carbon furnace control cabinet, so that the heating element stops working while the upper travel switch limits the lifting shaft. The raised height to prevent the lifting pump from being raised too high and falling out.

The sealed fan for the furnace is installed on the furnace cover to stir the atmosphere in the muffle tank and make the composition uniform, and at the same time make the furnace temperature uniform. There are also three process tubes on the furnace cover leading into the muffle tank of the furnace: a three-head stainless steel dripper is installed at the top of a sleeve, and methanol, kerosene or other organic liquids are dripped into the furnace from the three-head dripper. Various liquids can be adjusted. The ammonia hole on the sleeve can be used to transport ammonia into the furnace for carbon and nitrogen co-infiltration (the nozzle can be closed when not nitriding); one sleeve is a sampling tube , A pipe joint on the upper part of the casing can be connected with a "U"-shaped glass tube pressure gauge. It is used to monitor the furnace muffle tank to maintain the furnace pressure and ensure the normal progress of carbonization or carbon and nitrogen co-infiltration. Made of heat-resistant steel (casting). The heating element is spirally wound by electric heating alloy wire, installed on the inner wall of the furnace lining, and is drawn out of the furnace through a lead-out holder. The temperature of the carbon furnace is transmitted to the automatic temperature control cabinet through a compensation wire through a thermocouple inserted into the furnace. The cabinet automatically controls, regulates and records the heating temperature in the furnace. The charcoal furnace is equipped with a cooling barrel (optional) to store the processed parts, and a sand sealing groove is provided on the lid of the barrel.
